Wow fired my Sp-01 for the first time last night. I'm a fairly new shooter and it was the best I've shot. So excited to try hit the range again. Here's a picture of my old S&W 925 along with a buddy's M&P 40. I took everyone's recommendation on the Sp-01, and super glad I did.

I have been testing the 15# hammer spring and 14# recoil spring with the CGW extended firing pin in an attempt to increase the pull weight of my PCR for an HD setup without piercing primers with the extended firing pin. So far so good with Winchester primmers. With the 15# hammer spring installed i am getting an SA under 3lbs.
Something about the frame/stock PCR (serrated) trigger interface removes just about all of the overtravel without the use of a set screw. The trigger bottoms out on the frame after the single action break.
When you drop CGW parts into your CZ each one turners out a little different. This one received a full parts polish but all in all required less work with better results than some of my others.
I may try fitting a Type 1 Disco for this pistol to establish what can be gained from a hand fitted disco in a firing pin block CZ.
