I wanted to show you the Competitor trigger and the Apex trigger. Here is what I have to share.
The factory trigger stop had to be sanded down to clear the Apex trigger. It actually doesn't even come into play/use anymore, so you can just take it out if you want.
The factory Competitor striker safety plunger is more rounded than the Apex. Sorry I didn't get any pictures of this yet, as I don't have a small enough allen wrench to take out the cover plate for it. I'll upload some photos later. For the mean while I kept the factory safety plunger in, due to the smoother curve of it. As the trigger bar crosses over it, it's super smooth.
From my observations, this trigger kit for the Metal M&P is just like that of their kits for the polymer frame M&P. Nothing different.
