Hk rebate, how long does it take?

Second rebate showed up today. 14 1/2 weeks total to process both submissions. Time to start looking for a P2000 V3 and put their $400 into it.

Nothing showed up for me yet, I sent it out Dec 2nd. What is the best way to contact HK? I get pretty sore when I don't get stuff like this, as in I doubt I will ever purchase another HK if I don't get the rebate.

Going to call HK USA during the day, I emailed them last week or two ago and said my email was transferred over to the rebate dept. I am eagerly waiting for mine so I can get my LEM trigger and new sights installed.

Thanks for your inquiry. At this point all valid entries have been entered. If you feel that you submitted proper paperwork and that we have rejected your initial submission in error please resubmit it for review.

So I sent the the original emails, scanned form copy and followup emails. They said they got the documents, and that it will be processed when they get to my batch. So if you don't have your rebate yet, you should probably followup with them.

I resubmitted to the Promo@ email just now and I got this response:

Thank you for the overwhelming success of the HK Days rebate. We hope that
you are enjoying your new HK purchase. Presently, we are processing
rebates dated approximately the week of 12/22/14. Due to the success of
the program some rebates may take up to 9 weeks to process.

If you submission included a copy of an original dated store receipt and
the rebate form, your submission should process without issue, Handwritten
receipts without any other proof of purchase are considered invalid.

Please note, rebates are being fulfilled in the order in which they were
received at HK not the order in which your gun was purchased. Postmarked
dates and emailed dates are used to determine the order of fulfillment.

Thanks again for your recent HK purchase and enjoy your new firearm.

Well one friend recieved his second rebate which he mailed jan 13.
I called
And they said they had a record of my 3 submissions from dec13th but ran out of gift cards and are waiting from the bank for more. 2 weeks she said so they are not going in order. Same thing
Happened with hk match triggers on my order. Starting to think hk hates me

got this back this AM as a response to the resubmission:

Your rebate has been processed. Thank you for your patience as we have had over 9,000 submissions. We are waiting on Wells Fargo to provide us with more gift cards to send to our customers. They are on order. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks to receive your rebate.

I finally called a few days ago, HK said that my rebate was processed (mailed 12/26/14) and they were just waiting on Wells Fargo to send more gift cards. The lady at HK said they had over 9000 rebates to process, that is HUGE success for them!

When I get my rebate I am going to use that for the LEM trigger kit and new sights then I will take it to qualify and add it to my CCW permit for my 3rd gun. Hopefully Gcode makes an INCOG for it soon.

Luckily, the amazingly helpful lady at HK accepted my documents by email and told me to expect my rebate in the next 2-3 weeks. I thought HK hated me because I suck??

I also submitted in Dec by snail mail. Just emailed them and they replied they had my submissions and I should receive my rebate cards in "the next several weeks"
no worries. Just going to blow in all on ammo anyway. : )
