Hi everybody,
I recently, my wife and I went for skeet shootings, we had so much fun together. It was her gift for my birthday. we basically got hooked. On july 3rd I went to a gun dealer to buy a handgun, on the 8th day, I was informed that there was a delay on my purchase until further notice. I was arrested for a DUI back in 2004, so it has been over 10 year, I was charged with a misdemeanor. now 2 weeks passed with no call from the gun dealer. The number for DOJ that the dealer gave was useless. now, all the excitement that I had is basically gone to tell you the truth. I scouted the internet and I just want to confirm the answer from you guys! the delay could last as long as a month or not? because I read some went over 6 months to get approved. My second question is, the criminal record they ask for was it for the last 10 years or not? criminal record, not mental illness and stuff like that. Sorry, im getting impatient this time, usually I'm a very patient guy
