I am a California resident. I also co-own a business in Minnesota. Is it legal for me to ship a handgun to myself to my business and vice versa coming back to California?

While I can't answer your question directly, I'm pretty sure handguns have to be shipped overnight. The last time I did it the cost was $80 or so one way.

If it were me, I'd leave a gun at each business. Locked up when you are gone of course....

Yea, shipping Nextday isn't a problem with our direct business connection with a shipping company. I'm mainly curious of the legality of doing so.
