What's a fair price for a used Smith & Wesson M&P 22 CA Pistol?

Not trying to sound snarky, but it's worth as much as someone is willing to pay. Given that this is no longer on the roster (dropped in 2014), you could check the prices on the auction and gunbroker sites and add a small premium.

Great point about it not being on the roster. How did you find out that it was dropped in 2014?

Also, following your suggestion, I went into Gunbroker and found that an identical one is listed for $299. It's a good reference.

^ I actually took a few minutes yesterday and scanned the CA DOJ "Recently Removed Handgun Models" and searched on that SKU and product description. Found it was dropped in May 2014 on the list.

If memory serves there was one listed for sale recently for $500. And it sat for months...probably still for sale.

Cool pistol. I remember wanting one back in the brief period that they were on the roster. Glws. My guess is it'll sell quick around $350 and sit at $450.
