    PPT non roster ?

    is the PPT non roster handgun transfer exempt from one every 30 days?
    So can you buy as many handguns a month you want with PPT on non roster?

    thanks

    I think its clear of SSE if its a PPT.

    And yes PPT is exempt from the 30 day rule as well.

    I think SSE is just for gun shops or selling a new gun.

        SSE =When you buy it from FFL on Non-Roster
        PPT= Private Party Transfer

          SSE only applies to new, off roster handguns being sold to non LEO/other exempt persons in CA. PPT pertains to used handguns of all sort that do not fall under CA assault weapon laws. Example: you can buy a used Ruger LCP via PPT with no SSE, because it is a previously owned and registered handgun in CA.

            In LA city, PPT counts toward your 1 in 30.
