Been looking for a handgun for about a week now. I have some questions regarding the Beretta 96A1 if it is legal in CA. ON the CA gun roster says, "96 Black Inox / Stainless Steel Pistol 4.92" .40 S&W 5/22/2011." Is it the same as the 96A1 from this site http://www6.davidsonsinc.com/consume...c=50&item_num= ?
What are your opinion on this gun? I have just shot the Beretta 92fs 9mm today and love how it feels in my hands. Is the 96A1 40mm the same size and same feel? Of course it will kick more because of the 40 caliber instead of the 9.
