Techniquly could i buy two used handguns from online sorces at the same time? or how about one new and one used from onlines sorces? i konw for new handguns there is a 30 day wate for the next new hangun, but i would be curious to konw if i could get a new and used at the same time. does it have to be from the same ffl?

Since the online purchases have to go through an FFL dealer you would only be able to purchase 1 every 30 days, new or used.

If the FFL will store multiple handguns for you, you can buy them and only DROS one every 30 days. At least that is how it worked for me when I needed two cowboy action sidearms.
