Meprolight front sight moves under recoil.

Installed Meprolights on a USP .45C. I had to remove a bit off the one side of the bottom of the base to get them to sit down flush with the slide. Took her for a spin and after 4 shots noticed that the front sight was sliding out. I'm not sure what to do. I'm not at all impressed with Meprolights. The ones for my GP100 were way off spec. I could use a drop of crazy glue and adjust the rear to center my shots or go with a different brand. Any words of wisdom?

Have you tried Loctite. I had to use it on my Ruger MK III as the front sight was constantly coming loose. It worked fine, but then I'm shooting a .22 and not a .45 like you.

Waiting for it to dry this very moment, thanks.
