D hammer spring and steel guide rod for me. I just love the stock aesthetic of the Beretta M9/92FS.

Anything Langdon or Wilson sells is GTG. The oversized mag release button is also nice but it's kinda a subjective thing.

I would absolutely convert it to a G configuration.

LTT Trigger Job In A Bag or go all out with the NP3 Upgrade Kit & Trigger Job In A Bag. Can't really go wrong either way.

I have a 92A1 that I did the Trigger Job In A Bag myself and added the RDO slide. My 92X was sent to LTT in for a full NP3 kit along with the addition of the RDO slide. There is definitely a difference between the two. I want to say the Trigger Job In A Bag is about 80% of the full kit. The full kit provides a slightly lighter DA pull and a cleaner SA break. The slide on 92 with the full LTT kit feels slightly slicker as well.

I was looking for a thread like this. A while back I picked up a used 92FS for cheap. The frame was painted and it's looking pretty ragged. Trying to figure out what to do. I have the Recovery Tactical BC2 that covers most of the frame so Cerekote seems like overkill. I considered having someone vinyl wrap the part of the frame that are left exposed. Any ideas?

This! Can't tell you how many times I've racked the slide only to find out the safety accidentally activated on my M9A1.

This didn't happen on my 92G-SD, even more impossible as I got the Wilson Combat low-profile decocker that sits nearly flush on the slide.
