Glock magazine follower generations?

Simple question, are Glock G5 followers compatible with G3 mags? Need a couple replacement followers and I can get the G5s by the weekend.

Not enough info is being provided in Post 1.
There really is no specific "Gen 3" magazine.

First, tell us what caliber of Glock mags are being discussed.

Second, what version number of follower came with or what version follower is to be replaced.

Third, what Glock mags and for which Glock handgun model(s) are the mags designed.

All I know is that my Gen5 magazines work in all of my Gen1,2,3,4 Glock 9mm pistols. I’ve never had any issues with them. I will also say that my Gen4 magazines working in all generations of 9mm pistols that I own as well. And finally my Gen3 era magazines work in all Gen q, 2, 4 and 5 pistols. Hope that helps.
