Is it possible / legal to purchase a Glock 43 from an out of state private party in CA? For example Gun Broker.com.

Glock 43's aren't that great anyway. There are smaller and cheaper nines on the market, but if course you might not be able to get those either.Comment

Only if you are law enforcement, otherwise no. There is a good reason why they go for $900+ here, and it isn't because none of us know how to use Gunbroker.Comment

I think I paid $750 or so brand new on a PPT here.Comment

I have shot a G43 and a G42. I like the G42 better....
My favorite is the G26.Last edited by ARDude; 08-20-2017, 11:08 AM.Comment

Can't bring it back to CA, but you could set up an out of state corporation and purchase it there. The authorized officer of the corp takes delivery at the ffl. Read the 4473 for details.VISIT OUR STORE

It's worth what someone will pay for it. Have you ever heard of the law of supply and demand? No, obviously not.
Nobody is going to twist your arm to buy it. The seller doesn't need to twist anyone's arm.
If you want one, pay the price. Money talks, and bs walks without a G43.
What are you, some type of socialist, communist who wants the government to seize someone's G43 and give it to you?
