I bought the CT laser grip for my Ruger LCR. I paid the premium and went w green over red.
I am not big on lasers- not on any of my other guns, but what I am surprised at is the green seems a bit weak to me. Makes me wonder if was expecting too much or if red lasers are just that much worse on the Ruger LCR.
My only comparison is a CT Rail Master green laser I bought couple years ago, I never ended up keeping it on any gun but, wow, the power of that CT Rail Master green laser is insane- in low light can see the full beam out to 50 ft easily-- not even close to that brightness for the Ruger LCR green grip laser I just bought?
Not big deal as still shows up at 20 ft and in but thought would be stronger beam-again , I'm going off of the much more powerful output on my green CT rail master.
