1911 Fiber Front Sight

For those of you running fiber fronts on their 1911's, what are you running? I have a TRP that has the tritium novaks front and rear but its just to hard for me to pick up that front sight. I'm using Dawson fiber on the front of my 226 and its great.

I'm just curious what other platforms you guys think are worth a look. Also, are any of the tritium/fiber combo sights any good (i.e. Truglo TFX)?

I have the Wilson CQB with the green fiber optic front sight, with the Black notched rear sight. Works well, I love it.

Same but in red, I'm a big fan of the Wilson Combat battle sights. Even have them on a couple Glocks.

Running Wilson green fiber on the front and an all black "speed sight" on the rear. Love it!

Dawson makes a very good product. Truglos are excellent and usually reviewed very positively from what I've seen. Heinies are excellent too. Can't really go wrong with any of them.

10-8, Dawson or Wilson on mine. Pure FO and I've found that with the unotch black rear the easiest for my eyes and sight picture. It's striking outside or under lights thorough harder to see in poor lighting

I want the same sight on my Springer 9mm too! The Dawson Precision website has instructions for measuring and determining what size you need. Would this size work on all pistols of the same make and model, or does it vary with individual handguns?
