Failure to eject in to a double feed

But if you have your mind set on Some if those internal upgrades return to stock one piece at a time until you can no longer replicate the issue. The last part removed will likely be part of the problem.

Took me a minute to find what spring arrangement worked best. Ended up going back to stock on safety and extractor. Runs smooth now.

extractor-ejector-recoil spring in that order is how I'd go about it.

Is your ejector bent? Does the extractor look ok as in no chip, cracked, worn or weird high spots at the claw? Extractor spring OK?

          Check the tension.

How often do you feed rounds, especially nickel plated brass directly into the chamber and riding over the extractor? With brass case it may not cause any problems, but nickel plated brass is harder. How about steel case ammo?

          Is the recoil spring stock?

It's hard to do an assessment without handling the pistol.

Keep Glocks stock..... Except the sights. You can change the guide rod/spring set up but that's not even necessary unless your torture testing a G18.
