Hi all,
A little Glocking rant about plans to build out my practical tactical stripped frame..
Last week I picked up a G3 9/40 frame I'm looking to build out into either a 34 / 35 or 17L / 24
Problem is I can only find solid top long slides from LWD and they're out of stock on the one I really want.. The 34S.. So I'd either have to build it for 40 and convert or... Wait.
Unless you guys can convince me I should go 40 or 357 anyway and convert.. Or maybe you know a manufacturer of a solid top long slide other than LWD.
My main concern with the conversions is reliability and to some extent cost. I don't currently shoot 40 so it would be another orphan caliber in the mix. Plus I have a 34 barrel on hand..
