Thinking about buying talon grips for my Glock 17. Are the sand paper ones good for range use or do they hurt your hand?

I have some for my G19 and they make a world of (positive) difference. This business will get out of control. It will get out of control and we'll be lucky to live through it.Comment

I've used the rubber ones. Works great in my opinion.Comment

I have the rubberized ones on my M&P Shield (my carry gun), M&P9C and M&P9 Full-Size. For a Gen 3 Glock, I'd add them, there just isn't enough positive texture on a Gen 3 Glock or the M&P's stock.Comment

I run the sand one on my XD and its perfect. Doesnt hurt to grip and gives a bit more grip than the rubber ones.Comment

I love the rubber ones I have them on all my Glocks as well as a few other pistols. I have tried many different grip enhancements and th Talons win without a doubt.Comment

I just installed rubber ones on both on my m&p guns and feel good. Took both to the range today for the first time and they felt great. I highly recommend them.
