So you believe they have been sitting on stock for the last 6 years, all the way through each panic buy, and then finally pulled them out to sell to you, but then after starting the DROS, decided to send them in to the factory due to a June 2009 recall?

Dad has one and it was his EDC until he picked up a SA EMP.

Good reliable gun, but more than a few magazines was punishing.

i'd suggest it as a carry piece but for the range or HD i'd go with a full size XSE or Loaded

I had given up waiting, the final DROS Pick up date 7-11-15 expired and they refunded me the money. I went and purchase another Defender and I hope this time around it doesn't get sent back lol! 10 day waiting game again lol
