milsig m17 smg

Anyone have any first hand experience with the milsig m17 smg marker? Are there any known issues besides not having enough ammo?? This looks pretty sweet and have found one for sale locally , that looks like it would be perfect as a less than lethal option against anyone looking for trouble.... what would be a fair price with some accessories like extra mags, tank , parts, ect...??
