Non-resident Utah

Hey there's a pretty specific list of instructors certified for Utah non resident CCW on their website .

I did hear that some folk have used the training for a California CCW (any) and applied successfully?

I ask because my instructors are not on the list.

I took JTSfirearms and a basic pistol level one from goruck tactical

You cannot use your CA CCW training as proof for UT, unless your instructor is UT-approved.
The application has a place for the instructor to stamp after you’ve completed training.

Some CA CCW instructors hold the UT certification and offer the UT as an add-on, but you’ll have to inquire.
