Pretty disappointed with AZ. Submitted change of address and paid the dang permitium fee in December 2025. Hasn't moved at all on the site! Emailed AZ CCW office and so far nothing.

Wow I am surprised, I emailed them about a month ago on the weekend saying Id moved and asking how to update my address on file, I got a response over the weekend and it was updated on Monday

I got a written notice from AZ about my permit expiring. I logged on, complete the renewal, and paid the $43. I got an email and a courtesy call 2 days later telling me to look for my renewal in the mail.

Submitted the change 12/30/25. Emailed them this weekend. Nothing back. Neither mine nor my husbands show as processed.

Looks like the process is simple and that all I need is a copy of my Idaho DL and Enhanced Concealed Weapons License, two sets of finger prints and $60.00 plus credit card surcharge. AZ will get me back up to 41 states because it will get me NM, which stopped honoring Idaho along with a few other states a few years back.

Edit: Mailed my fingerprint cards from Idaho to Arizona on May 5, 2026. Got an email on May 15, 2026 that my application had been approved and my permit is on its way.

The renewal application for my Arizona CCW permit arrived in the mail on 3/10/26. I opted to submit my renewal online at 3:20 pm on 3/10/26 and got the text acknowledging receipt of my application. This morning on 3/11/26 I received a text and automated phone call at 11:38 saying my renewal application had been approved and the new permit would be mailed to me. Total time of 20 hours from submitting the renewal application to the approval.
