My full-size Beretta PX4 in a Remora rides comfortably at 2:00 for me. It stays concealed as I do chores or relax around the house (no CCW yet). Wife, kids, or visitors don't notice it.
I feel at 2:00 it's easier to keep covered and to retain. Also easier to draw with either hand compared to 3 or 4:00 which seems more popular.
This is just what seems to work for me.
In the past I carried cross draw with a much smaller revolver (in AZ). That worked nicely on my motorcycle and other day to activity.

I carry a compact 1911 at 3:30 and canted forward.

The nice thing about the Remora is that I can easily alter its height, position around the waist, and its angle. Lots of options to try. I've alo actually worn it inside a tucked-in dressed shirt.

Im getting used to it, just need longer shirts. My current ones seem to lift up to my belt. Makes me nervous but so far so good
