    Holster for Taurus model 85

Looks like I'm about to get my CCW. Anyone have a suggestion for a quality OWB holster for my Taurus 85? I think it is the same size as a S&W J frame, but not sure.

I've always had good luck with Don Hume JIT holsters.

Don Hume Leathergoods J.I.T. SLIDE-BELT HOLSTER [JIT Slide] - BELT SLIDE HOLSTER Made for semi-automatic pistols & double-action revolvers The design of this open top holster allows for an instant shooters grip. The J.I.T. Slide has an open muzzle, which will accommodate different barrel lengths of the same gun model or similar frame size. Center belt loop & a side covered
Dr. Goldstein showed us the way. We dropped the ball. Pick up the ball.

Many of the listed companies will have holsters which they'll believe will be just right for the subject Taurus 85.

I believe the Taurus 85 (5-rounds) was discontinued in favor of the model 856 (6-rounds). I wouldn't know if the latest 856 model requires a different holster from that of the 85, btw. This might be a good question for the holster companies.
