Looking for recommendations on vehicle safes. Specifically for a GMC Sierra center console, but interested in what brands people are happy with.

No, not the one GMC sells, which I don't know much about. I meant the brand "Console Vault."

None of the major brands of console vaults is as sturdy as a real home safe. They will defeat a normal smash and grab; but someone with some skill, a prybar, and some common 18V tools can get them open faster than most would imagine.

yep, console vault. i have one in all my vehicles.

They only show one for under the seat for the 2023 Sierra 1500. No center console. [emoji25]

My vehicles are so messy with my consoles filled with junk. I've been content with lock boxes with a cable strung through some seat bracket or even a child-car-seat bracket.
