    Los Angeles County CCW Application Info

    I have downloaded the CA. CCW form. Are the pages that require answers all that is to be submitted or are all pages required? What is the correct mailing address or can it be submitted at a local Sheriff office? I feel that a Certified or Registered letter would be better. What fees are required to be sent along with it and will a personal check do or is a money order or certified check required?

    Mine was returned twice, once for leaving off pages without answers, once for not answering section 7 titled "Interviewer Notes." :-( LASD requires you complete the entire form.

    $10 check is fine, plus you'll know when it was cashed.

      Thanks. Are you saying that you sent all 13 pages, (some with just the laws and no info to be supplied)? What about the Public Admonition Section on page 3 (it requires a witness signature, badge number and date. What about the Section 6 on page 3 (it requires a witness signature, badge number and date. Where did you send it (to the Ramona Blvd. address)? Did you just state "Self Protection" for the reason for applying. Sorry for all the questions but I want to use all of your information and help to at least give the paperwork clear sailing. Thanks a lot, Bob.
