    Questions on Single Shot Exemption

Since the roster is rapidly shrinking I was thinking about going the Single Shot Exemption route for my new carry guns. From what I have heard it is completely legal. I still have a few questions:

    1. Do you have a single shot exempted firearm on your permit?

    2. Have there been any cases in California where someone carrying a single shot exempted firearm was negatively effected in court because of it?

    Any help is much appreciated!

While it is not illegal, some issuing agencies are not allowing SSEed guns or requiring them to stay in single shot configuration to be allowed on a permit.
