That's a huge jump from Slayers post. Unless applications were low in November I don't see how the SO got to Nov 20th already.

Just called San Joaquin Professional Standards today and they said they are starting to work on December, 2014 applications this week. Since I applied 12/1/14, that would make it roughly 10 months. Guess there is light at the end of the tunnel!
