We're going to be the generation that sees the end to the Sheriff's unyielding suppression of rights. Impatience only cuts against our efficacy.

is there a limit on how many time i can reapply? and will it effect any future outcome? i was denied for no reason other than "i had no past threats" as he told me in my appeal. he told me that when and if i get a threat he will reconsider my application. i applied for personal and business reason.Comment

In this thread's parent forum "Calguns License to Carry Information", read the Sticky thread at the top titled "FUD Warning: LTC Denial Does Not Trigger DROS Prohibition". *EDIT*- I thought it was discussed in there, apparently not. No, being denied can not hurt future attempts. There is no limit on times you may apply and I'm not aware of any time restraints of when you may apply again.

I'll stop holding my breath, I don't think I'll make it to 2014. Until then, my only options are (A) do nothing and pray nothing bad happens, (B) carry pepper spray and pray nothing bad happens, or (C) break the law.Comment

Nope. Just another comment, like 80%-90% of all the other posts in this thread. I'm done asking questions, because I never get the answers I'm looking for. I'm not angry with you personally, just the whole situation. It's frustrating to not know any more than I did when I received my denial letter almost a year ago. I'll get off my petulant little soapbox now, back to your regularly scheduled programming...Comment

Any updates? I just thought I would drop by and leave this. It boggles my mind how personal protection wouldn't be accepted as a valid good cause.

I'm hearing that we might see the requested public records within the next 15-30 days.
