Hey guys,
I looked through the county website and couldn’t find an answer to my question. I can email them but I thought if you all knew the answer then I wouldn’t have to bother them.
I am PROBABLY moving out of state in March. My ccw expires in April. We are to surrender our permit when we move out of the county. So my two-part question is: since it’s a matter of about 20 days, would it be acceptable to simply allow my permit to expire or should I return it? If I should return it, is by mail acceptable or do I have to submit it in person?
Thanks

It looks like your case is still pending.I still rembmer the officer told me if I approved, they will call me and if not, they will mail you.So it should be something wrong with it,contact them.Leave a comment:

My first thought would be your employer has not returned the employment verification paperwork.
Email the CCW division.Leave a comment:

I listed it as a similar-auto in the form. The letter that came back just states serial#, make, model 22GEN4, and caliber .40. In their email to me they said the change has been recorded. No push back on the sumo-auto. So for now all I can do is assume it went through fine. We will see in the next few weeks I guess.

Well that was fast. I already received the letter from the DOJ Stating the firearm is now registered as a .40 cal and my request has been granted. Will keep posted about it making it on my permit or notLeave a comment:

Would I be correct to assume that our County will not be raising fees (as allowed beginning January 1, 2020)?Leave a comment:
