Ouch... I thought you already had your permit.

It's not good, but perhaps not a deal breaker depending on what happened.

Ok thanks cokebottle, it's hard to even remember the years lol. I know I got a windshield ticket about 3 years ago everything else was at least 6 years ago lol

Mine was even harder to remember.
My last ticket was before my DUI, which was in '91.
I've had 3 accidents, all since '96, actually screwed up on the date of the 2nd one and said it was in '06 but it was actually '03.

Oh wow! Lol so I'll do the best I can on dates. If I get them wrong it's not a huge deal is it? I might miss a couple to.

If you are too far off and it's an issue that matters, they'll likely correct you on it or push to see how sure you are.

The thing to remember is that the interview is more of an honesty test than anything.
Nobody is perfect and they know this. The idea is make sure there are no surprises when your investigator digs deeper after the interview.
They have already done some preliminary work and likely have your DMV and criminal record on-hand.
Just be prepared to explain anything they may ask about, but most of all, be honest.

If you (can) BS your way through this interview, remember that you'll have to do the same BS job in 2 years

I totally feel you, i got a vedder holster for my cw9 the other day, the gun i plan to put on my permit and once i got it out of the box and tucked it in my pants it hit me..... i got all nervous and started thinkin hard about weather i wanted to go through with it or not, but then i shook it off and figured id rather be armed and not need it the need it and be screwed.
Idk why i got so tripped up about it, when i lived in AZ i open carried all the time but less of a stigma and process about it over there in the free world..lol.

I still really don't know what holster I'm gonna use. I really like the idea of the urban carry holster but I'm a 6' 1" 300lb guy so Iv got a gut on me... And my torso is the tall part of my body, so when I lift my arms with a t shirt on my waist band shows clearly so idk about a iwb holster either lol

yeah you just gotta try a few out i got the urban carry and it does conceal it quite deeply, like totally invisible in any clothes but there is zero chance you will be able to access you gun while sitting or in the car, it is very comfortable while sitting though, it does take some getting used to to draw also, pm me if you wanna try it out i can meet up with you and let you borrow it before you pull the trigger on it, mine is a large fits the cw9 and a few other guns as well.

I really like the vedders though, but im 5'8 160 and wear fairly baggieish clothes for work and casual.
but the vedders are pretty slim and fairly adjustable which is a plus.
do you wear two shirts? maybe a shoulder holster with a button up would be the ticket for you....

I just looked at vedders website and their holsters look nice! I usually just wear regular t shirts. I'll have to start getting longer shirts or something lol, maybe a shoulder holster or ankle holster even tho that would be a real pain to get to.

yeah its kindof an unfortunate situation picking a holster, everyone is different shapes and different preferences i have about 5 different holsters i tried before i landed on the vedder but im still not 100% sure it will be what i go with in the end, but i still got time till my interview so im thinkin my holster stockpile will continue to grow till then.....lol

Bring someone who has driven Muscle cars since the days when we just called then "used cars" I told them I had way too many tickets to remember over the last 35 years. All they asked me was if any of them were for Evading or 502.

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.
