      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

It's Friday so your best option would be to send a email.

I never received an email to renew or about the in person classes being cancelled. I verified that they did have my correct email address and that no messages from them had gone into SPam. I'm glad the good folks on here directed me to contact them directly. After that, I did receive email from the detective about the online class and the link to it.

You can apply for renewal as early as 3 months before your permit expires.

Set up a calendar reminder and please accordingly.

Since I never received an email to renew, I just downloaded and filled out all the paperwork, got my money orders and took them in in late June - my license expired in Sept. I was scheduled for a class in Hesperia in October when I submitted the paperwork, but via this website, I found out that the in person classes were cancelled, so I emailed them. I submitted the class attestation and the last money order several weeks ago, having already shot the requalification at Apple Valley and am still waiting for my new license. I am not going to bug those hard-working folks - that may get me moved back further in line!

Not CCW related but SB County folks may be interested.
BassPro in Rancho Cucamonga actually has rifles and shotguns on display again.

They had some. Didn't really check since they had no 380.

Supposedly the SW opening near you this week will have ammo.

I was picking up my new 380 so they double checked ammo at BassPro but had nada!

                            Hello,

I was just wondering if San Bernardino CCW holders are emailed a letter that it is time to renew? On the renewal page it says, " You may call to schedule your renewal class any time after the receipt of this letter..." (I know classes right now are virtual).

                            or

Is it simply the responsibility of the the CCW holder to renew starting 90 days before renewal?

In the past renewals letters went out ONCE per year in Nov or Dec for all CCW's expiring the next year.
They switched to emails at some point but with the current Covid mess YOU need to stay on top of things.

                                Good job!!!!
