The County of Sacramento isn’t involved .

This is a case against the City of Folsom and its PD. See:
Folsom Police Department and City of Folsom vs. Mark Coleman.

The Sac Sheriff and Sac County don’t have a dog in the fight, and are not about to be sued into oblivion.
Your right comprehension IS important. I didn't say a word about ANY LEOs. And the city is Insured buy the COUNTY. So my previous statement stands.

-The law suit you cite names Folsom PD, a law enforcement agency.
-This thread is about CCW issuance in Sac County...a law enforcement (Sheriff) program.

-The City of Folsom is self-insured through the Joint Powers Agency Northern California Cities Self-Insurance Fund.
-A City of Folsom employee is the current President of the JPA.

          Best.

I'm well aware the what the forum is about.

What I did not know and tip my hat to is the Insurer is not the County. Ours is and it would make sense your would have been to. So I will acknowledge that.

And I promise you their WILL be a lawsuit on the gentlemans behalf.

And what I'm getting at, is just another "bad look" at gun owners. Is Folsom good at CCW's? Or do they require your first born? Because Shasta hands them out like Halloween candy if your Legal to have one.

Website still says limited to renewals, and no one has reported success.

When I was at the interview I overheard someone say they do them but only as they have time and as other people have said nobody seems to be able to get it done.
