Just contact amber via email (on the apt page). Let her know the situation. She will let you know what to do. They are well aware of the delays right now and handle these sort of things because of it.
Keep checking the website. Apts pop up frequently you just have to be lucky enough to snag it. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Yes she said basically the same thing. I am just concerned because my expiration date is 12-30. I don't imagine they will have a lot of appointments around that time. My main concern is this; can they simply keep the money I have invested even though they have no appointments. Seems like highway robbery in my opinion.

Did you ask her about that? That's what you need to ask her. I know others that got an allowance because of this but she has to give you one.

My recommendation is to nicely email her back asking about the $ end and what to do. She's extremely busy and may have just forgot to answer that part. They are really good about that sort of thing usually because they know the situations all are facing right now.
Keep/print out her responses and keep them with your CCW stuff so you have them if there's a problem with the dates etc when you do get to your apt.

Hi Everyone. Thank you for all of the great information. I signed up here quite some time ago, but don't believe I've ever posted anything.

This question has probably been asked. When I go to the sac ccwappointments page, what I normally see is the bold red paragraph, stating that no new appointments are available.

When there are some appointments available, what do I see? A calendar? I don't have to re enter my CDL to check it, right?

You have to validate yourself each time you go into the web site - it is a way for them to make sure real people are making the appointments. You should see the date in green if at least one appointment is open that date.

Hope a big lot opens up the latter part of December......by then the DOJ will of been submitted for over two months and I should have the final e-mail to go and book the final appt. Training's all done.....one last hurdle!!!
