Long beach is still putting together is process. They have not even approved the fee values yet, and have not listed what will be required. They are probably several months out from accepting applications. I would watch their website, but its likely LASD will be quicker for you at this time.

-Do you just reply to it with your cert, or is there another email you send it to?
-What does the subject line say?
-Any other details you can provide?

I'm 2.5 months out from interview and am keeping an eye on my inbox and voluminous spam folder (just in case), so I was hoping to see if there were some key words I could use to search my spam folder in case I missed it.

It comes from the same email address as your interview info. It'll say firearms training in the subject line.
I replied to the same email and kept the same subject line.

You should be getting close to interview. The average wait time for interview is 9 months. Get your livescan done already if you haven't.

Its 4 weeks now from when LASD confirmed that they receive my training certification.

I think it may take up to 10 weeks.

Ive been answering all calls oof.

Waited for over 3.5 months!

I summitted my Certificate of training back in November. I still haven't received a call or email to pick up. Anyone with a similar experience? Any input would be nice.

Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of submitting my app. Still have not received a call for interview. Or ANY communication whatsoever. I’ll just keep waiting patiently I guess.

Possible, but not likely. You?re still early in the process, pretty rare when someone only has to wait for that short of a period. You can call or email them to confirm they received it.

Also, from what I?ve read on here, dropping off at your local station can mean big delays. I?d you mail directly it can get to the CCW unit in days. If you drop it off then you?re at the mercy of a transfer from your local station to the CCW unit. I?m thinking this may be why mine is so delayed. I fear my app may have sat for months at my local station before it got sent out. It?s the only logical reason why I?ve now waited a year. Although it?s probably stupid to try and apply logic to this situation.
