    I partly agree with you on the slap it back down. The sensitive places will for sure be ruled as unconstitutional BUT the fee increase, the hours of training increase will not be. I don't think. The Bruen decision left that part wide open for interpretations so unless the supreme court issues a much more firm clear opinion letter that will be their way. Although one cna argue the 14th amendment will apply there as increasing fees pretty much targets lower to middle class and certain races....

    Last I checked the most recent update was the august 1st update, and no changing firearms to get through the huge number of apps

    So just checked the LASD site for the first time in a while and looks like they updated it, and it says their CCW policy is under review. Think this is because of SB 2?

    My Co worker had his application lost and he finally received his interview after he sent a email. He was instructed to bring a new set of application forms to the interview. He had training and live scan was already done. He received his permit around 5 weeks after the interview.
