Having been declined for insufficient GC, I wonder what my next step is. It has only been a few months since I was declined and the general rule is I can reapply after 1 year.Light green/yellow GC

I know this isn't the other states CCW forum, but just got my permit and in the process of obtaining my Utah non-resident CCW. Should I still get the Arizona non-resident CCW? My application is currently held up in the Firearms portion of the Livescan. I'm coming to think that while for others the Firearms portion was the bane of the process, it may be my saving grace. Otherwise, I may have been denied prior to SCOTUS ruling.
Here's to hoping that AV follows through with his statements and I get the green light.App Submitted: 7/10

You should apply but know that your app will be at least one year in the making, as is mine at this point. Maybe this will clear up one part of the bottleneck at LASD but will still be hung up at DOJ in Sacramento, maybe even more now. Can't know till you try!Comment
