Yeah, a couple of days after you. My ride is very intersting. I was told to do my training back in August of last year and same with my livescan. Then I was told to hold off until furthur notice.

I don't care what is going on but the show is almost over!

Oh that's awesome! We'll probably pick it up on the same day. Hopefully we'll get a call this Tuesday for pickup on Wednesday

They lost my application twice and they even sent me an email that was supposed to go to another guy who has the same name as me haha. Now I'm hoping that they were intending to send the training email to me and not the other guy lol

Frankly, nobody knows. It has not been two years yet since LASD has been issuing to regular citizens. I hope they prioritize renewals so everybody renewing does not have to wait a year and go without for many months.

At this point, you have no chance, but I would get everything you need ready to go and wait for the release of the SCOTUS decision in BRUEN sometime in the next three months. That will probably remove good cause requirements and create a tidal wave of new applications. You want to be ready to be on the leading edge of that wave.

Lmaooo Yeah dude, it's been a really long ride but the finish line is becoming closer in sight. Are the pickups only in South LA or do they do pickups in the San Fernando Valley also? Kind of in the middle.

Hey Budman, that is a million dollar question my friend. Whatever reason you have just make sure it's well put in with a few paragraphs. At the end of the day it is "may issue" and at their discretion. Waiting a few months is a better bet because there are people that applied in August and still haven't received a call or email for the interview.

I think pickups are in Monterey Park but i could be wrong. Would be nice if it was closer to SFV

Typically a day depending on your situation. If you were sent an email to proceed with training, it can take up to a day but if you just did your training without the email it takes longer.
