    I just found out one of our calgunners got his denial letter.. He had the same timeline as me... Makes me nervous now.. Any way Hopefully he will share with the group for educational purposes.

    One more calgunner down.. Poor your drinks for the homie

        After waiting for almost 6 months for an interview, not getting one, I sent in an email telling LASD to cancel my application. We put the house up for sale, have already purchased a home out of state, and will be moving there at the end of the month. Good luck to the rest of you. Hopefully one day it will take weeks, instead of a year to get one issued.

                What was the the reason for the denial? What color was his GC?

                    Congrats man. Where to if you don't mind sharing.

                    It's funny, after my wife and I both getting our CCWs, we're now considering moving to TX, GA or if DC... if I land a job there.

                                PROCEED TO TRAINING EMAIL TODAY!!!

                                no phone call prior to email. and i took my training class over the weekend so cert and other docs sent right back.
                                yellow & red gc
                                5/05 - app mailed - 6/15 - check cashed - 9/16 - received call to schedule interview
                                9/29 - interview complete, instructed to complete livescan. - 9/29 - Livescan Ordered. - 9/29 - CA / FBI completed.- 10/1 - Firearms completed.
                                10/1 - request for updated DL
                                10/5 - Sent updated DL / Deputy re-asked to complete live scan although already complete per instructions during interview.
                                1/10 - Proceed to training email / 1/10 training submitted.
                                2/4/22 - Picked up / Issued
