To my understanding you only need to provide 1 ID and 2 proof of residency documents.

I used a credit card statement that shows my name and address and blacked out the account number as one of my proofs of residency.

I think my others were vehicle registration and voter registration. Didn’t feel the need to redact any information on those like I did with my cc statement.

They amended bill SB918 on Aug 25 and ruined the option to exhaust and go to court to determine the issue by extending it up to a year through internal appeals.

I downloaded the ACSO policy for CCW and I could not find 25100.

    I. Purpose is to process CCW applications for officers and civilians
II. Policy is now invalid they declare it a privilege not a right (Unconstitutional now Invalid)
III. Orders laws are Penal Codes 17020, 26150-26225 only the phases include:

    A. Type of license. 1. Employment, 2. Standard, 3. Judge, 4. Reserve 5. Retired officer.

    B. Standards for issuing CCW.
    1. Resident or 90-day employment license (Work, Reserve officer).
    2. Good moral character (Qualified Person).
    3. Good Cause (Gone)
    4. No physical, psychiatric/psychological conditions that affect judgment and ability.

    C. Civilian process.
    1. Processed in phases to be completed successfully before proceeding to the next phase. Applicant notified 30 days after background check or 90 after receiving the application of denial or approval.

2a. Reside or work in AC.
    a. 1. Fill out CCW application.
    a. 2. Contact the Psychological evaluation service (assessment).
    a. 3. Range Requirement and procedure.

    2b. Completed forms.
    b. 1. Detailed cause letter (Gone)
    b. 2. Letter of support. (Gone)
    b. 3. Proof of other licenses, permits, and certificates may be required.

    2c. Application received at IA.
    c. 1. Stamped dated with receipt date in CCW log.
    c. 2. Basic criminal background (CRIMS) performed weapon of choice inquiry (AFS).
    c. 3. IA meeting interview summary of recommendation.
    c. 4. Application evaluated for completeness.
    c. 5. Capitan of IA reviews the report and determines approval or denial.

    2d. Applicant Requirements.
    d. 1. Submit payment.
    d. 2. Livescan
    d. 3. Proof of Firearm Safety Course Completion.
    d. 4. Proof of Firearm Registration.

    2e. Psychological screening.

2f. Range qualification 4 hours class if failed wait 30 days second failure 1 year.

2g. Handgun safety course min 8 hours.

2h. Liability insurance 1 million not required but advised.

2i. Sheriff approves or denies CCW application.

2j. Deny or withdraw the application.

    I skipped LEOS and Renewals.

    G. Change/Addition of weapons"
    1. Make model serial and caliber for approval and qual date.
    2. 2 weapons must maintain a score of 90% on both quals to keep both on license.

The rest of the policy is fluff for data.

I agree you guys must have children listed in the household I can't see them able to ask you for photos unless you buy a long gun they ask and you sign a declaration of what you have to store it.
