Depends on what matches you are talking about.

The matches on the Diablo Action Pistol calendar. I was hoping to try my hand at IDPA and ICORE. Since I'm not local to that area, I live in Modesto, I'm not aware of what other matches take place at USI.

Just be aware that for matches have to be signed up for ahead of time, and they tend to fill up quickly. Best to get info on the Diablo website than USI. Long story short, non-members can shoot if they qualify for the criteria, but they may have a harder time to get signed up in time. FYI - You can sign up for Diablo online for $25 and member fees are $25 a year.

Thanks for the info. I am an USPSA shooter, B class in a couple of divisions, certified RO. As I mentioned above I wanted to try out ICORE and IDPA.

Thanks for the info. Linden is great as is Oakdale. I have shot USPSA for a while. I'm wanting to try out ICORE and IDPA with a wheel gun.

IDPA and Icore share the same match date every other month i believe. All is on the calendar https://diablorodandgun.com/calendar/

You are classified in multiple shooting sports so you should be gtg. BTW i'm not a officer there, just got all that from another member on sat at GBC.
                  Various 1911s.
                  Some revolvers.
                  Some rifles.
Back to owning some of those "polymer" guns.

                  They see me rollin'
                  They hatin'

Thanks, I will keep an eye on their calendar. By the way I was working in the area last week and did a quick visit to the USI range. Its a nice facility for many shooting sports.

The ICORE match, when published on Practiscore comes up under DAWGs (Diablo Action Wheel Gunners). There is a match this weekend. alas I will not be attending (First one I've missed) since I have other commitments. I know the Match Director is looking for helpers on Saturday. Show up around 12:30-1 and ask for the ICORE MD. Not sure he is on Calguns.
