    F-Class at Camp Pendleton

Santa Margarita Gun Club will be hosting a 3x600 yard match on Sunday (we usually have one midrange match a month), F-Class shooters are welcome to come out and shoot. We have and use the NRA approved F-Class targets and all F-Class rules apply. Come on out and see what you and your rifle can do at 600 yards with challenging winds and a 3" X-ring. We're trying to branch out and embrace the F-Class class for ALL of our mid and long range matches. We are a non-profit organization and welcome all precision shooters. If you have any questions please contact us!

My shooting buddy zeroed my rifle for me, so I'll be there tomorrow. He might join me if he can get out of some honey dos.
Was hoping to see a Palma or a 3x1000 match in the future.

Where do I find someone to zero my rifle for me?
Does he load ammo and clean too?

If they'd change the rules and allow breaks . . .
I'm only smiling at you while you talk to me because it's hilarious that you really think I give a crap about you.

As I've gotten older I thought I was gaining patience, then I realized I simply don't give a crap.

T'Wolf, your next build, THE ALMOST EXACT REPLICA would do for F/Open. Those soft office shoulders might take a beating though.
Randall, I didn't have the time to zero my rifle so CamW did it for me Friday. Had the scope on PUFF and had to put it back on my 6X47 Lapua that has the Bat rings with 20mins already built into them. Cam doesn't neck turn and weigh to + or - 2 kernels of powder.

                Oh, forget that then...
It was + or -1 kernel.

I THINK the next 3x600 yard match is this weekend (Sunday). Our problem is that we have unlimited shooting facilities but to shoot on base there are some pretty stringent rules (two Camp Pendleton certified RSOs, EMT...) that have to be in place before any rounds can go down range. Our problem this weekend is that we MAY not have an RSO for Sunday. We have a 600 yard range, and 800 yard range, and a 1400 yard range (that we hope to bring on line VERY shortly) but sometimes we lack the "staff" required to run an event..it's really a shame. In any event check out our web page and/or contact "JHermsen" on calguns (club pres)...he's a nice guy and will give you the shirt off his back and will point you in the right direction...I hope this helps. I'll be at the BRM-3 class with Spaniard this weekend.
