How to "Bump"

There might be an easier way but the way I do it is to locate my post in the forum, type "Bump" or some cute acronym that meets the minimum number of characters requirement in the Quick Reply text field then select Submit Reply. Good luck!

Cannot see Photobucket images in posts

I have searched but did not see a post regarding this, only some on limits to the amount of pictures in a post.

I cannot see pictures posted in Photobucket. There is a message about upgrading my account to use third party....

Is this on my end (do i need a Photobucket account) or on the Calguns end. It would be nice to see the pictures.

Just curious - has anyone found Photobucket yo be unusable? It is SLOW. I have 75 mbps FIOS that screams. Any good alternatives? Thanks!

Click the main Calguns logo at the top. That should bring you to the homepage will all the forums and sub forums. Pick from there.

New to calguns and not familiar with terminology or certain features like "bump". Would like to find a couple of handguns to add to my repertoire. Not sure where to go to look for what's available

For Handguns, go to the Marketplace.

You can also place an ad in the WTB (Want To Buy) section.

Bump, TTT (Take To Top), etc. are terms use to refresh the ad to the top of the listings.
This can be done once per day max.

I'm new to posting pics. I've read everything on this thread. I've practiced a little bit and have found that it is easy to post straight from my computer but it only shows a link to the picture. How do I do it so that the pic automatically shows every time? Please don't tell me I need to use photobucket. It looks like they may have been good at one time but the reviews now are awful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, photobucket is an epic fail. Page can't load, won't load, thinks about loading, grinds to a halt, much like a liberal. The site seems to be bogged down in some way.

Any other ideas?

How do I start a new thread?

Go to the section you want to post a thread in.

Go over to the right under "Forum Tools"

Open and highlght "Start a new thread".

Write away.

(Be sure to check your spelling.)

Write a new post at the bottom and go "bump" or "TTT" (take to top) or add a new comment, etc. depending on the message.

You can see many examples in the For Sale sections.

Edit: Don't forget to wait 24 hours for sales ads.
