Default Russian 7.62

Hey guys, I got a case of this stuff, and I'm curious how the ammo performs. It looks like just regular russian steel cased 7.62x39 (wolf, tula etc). Is it pretty much the same stuff?

L.c.b = lead core bullet maybe? Is it magnetic?

After looking online my best guess is that it is KSAP Made at the Klimovsk plant. People online seem to like it although sounds like there was a batch marked non - corrosive that ended up being corrosive.

Yes, sounds like it is KSAP. Should be good to go functionality wise, but there were some lots of that ammo that were found to be corrosive. Is that box they are sitting in the original case they were shipped in? If it is there should be something indicating lot number. If you can't find the lot # you can always do the corrosive nail test.

Not sure, don't own any guns that shoot the stuff so I don't buy. I would probably figure the value at about what the equivalent wolf of Tula would be

I can't help but to bring a box or two of GT with me when I go shooting, but it is unfair to all my tula.
