Default Good style mount for Reflex

I put up my thread a while back about my new Trijicon and I plan on sighting it in. The only issue is that my rear sight barely clears the actual unit and the triangle is quite far above the actual front sight. I think its a weaver type unit thats on it, its going on a Carbon 15 upper.

This is what it currently has, its quite high up, which actually I dont mind but its just were the actual triangle is thats driving me buggy. I dont necessarily need/want co witness but its just to far out there. Any ideas?

The image of my reflex unit is attached.

Here's one I keep reading about.

Is this the right step or an other brand/model? 140 is my max for this mount.
