Well I'll answer the question slightly differently

The P1 , P38 and Cz82 are listed on the J&G site as C&R so I believe those are fine in CA. Still looking for the Cz52

Well since the Cz52 was first produced in 1952 I think you good for C&R at least some early ones.

Found an interesting site with some general info and 9mm conversions that have been done to these.

Don't forget the Romy Tokarevs!

They don't show on J&G's "C&R Guns" list but you can find them under "Handguns/Tokarev" and the description says C&R elligible.

Bah, just disassemble them at the border.

I don't remember seeing the CZ 52 when I was there. Tell Pauly the "91/30 Guy" said hello.

Saw a p1 for sale here yesterday at a gun shop and also the cz-82. And saw a cz-52 at another shop a month ago. There all C&R makes them exempt.

So yes there all ok.

With the cz-82 if you get a mag bigger then 10 rds take it apart before you come back into CA.

Thats for internet orders. If you go there in person with your ffl you should be alright.

I just gave them a copy of my C+R when we were there in January. Definitely think about a Tokarev, they're sweet!
