Retail Firearms Sales, Full Time or Part Time your choice! We are also looking for a gunsmith to help with manufacturing on all our "special" guns!

Job Description and Duties:
Retail Firearms Sales; Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, text, and in person. You will be selling, background checking, and delivering firearms and accessories. There is also room to grow for gunsmithing, manufacturing, internet sales, marketing, and shipping

Pay Scale:
We start at $17.00/hr, we have health care, paid time off, and are working on a matching 401k. Expect your pay to go up after 6 months of employment. We also do quarterly bonuses, as well as fun perks like manufacturer rewards, and special employee incentives. We are a small shop, and run like a family. We do a few paid lunches or dinners generally per month, have sweet Christmas parties (last year we all went to see Jeff Dunham) and generally have a ton of fun while moving boatloads of guns!

Minimum Requirements: 1-2 years of firearms sales experience within California would be amazing, but anybody that wants to do sales and has a high energy level will be considered!. You MUST already own weapons. You MUST be able to successfully apply for, and obtain, a California Certificate of Eligibility. You will almost surely be expected to attend a (fully paid for) Instructors cert so you can do Firearm Safety Cards and safe handlings. We do Livescan onsite, and will pay for your COE.

Current knowledge of CA firearms laws. Completely comfortable with computer-based applications, 30+ words per min typing. Understanding and knowledge of the current firearms market including popular make/model/type of firearms being sold in California, with a focus on modern sporting rifles and their compliance requirements would be top tier.
