El Monte PD Chief Ben Lowry-RIP
Details are still pending. I saw it on Instagram from Azusa PD's page. Confirmed it with someone from my job. Tough year for El Monte PD. First they lose two officers in LODD. Now this. Thoughts and prayers for the families and department members.
