Talking WTS - Smith & Wesson M&P .40S&W - **SPF**

FOR SALE - like new, less than 200 rounds fired - thoroughly cleaned after each shooting. Sale includes all three backstrap sizes, factory case and 4 factory mags. This gun is a great shooter, but I usually shoot my HK USP, so this one doesn't get the love it deserves.

I'm located in Venice, so I can to the PTP transfer at Rettings (in Culver City) any time.

Price is $520***SPF*** for the gun and the 4 mags - AND I'll throw in approx. 160 rounds of .40 S&W.
***Not really looking to trade, but will consider partial trades for .223, 5.56, or 7.62x39 ammo***

Here's a pic of the .40 in my tac rig...

Here's a pic of the actual gun...

...AND here is a stock picture of the gun in its case

Can you give me a ballpark price of shipping and fees to Fremont/Castro Valley, CA? I'm very interested, but the last time I asked my local shops about FFL transfers, I got quite discouraged ($180+ per gun).

^^^ That is ridiculous. My FFL charges $75 out the door (includes DROS!) to accept a transfer. I'm sorry, but I don't know NorCal, can anyone else help out here? I don't mind shipping, but make sure your FFL can receive from a private party (non-FFL.) Let me know if you want to proceed...

haha! all i see is the evil AR too in the rig! although the m&p in the cross draw vest does make a killer sidearm. which gun you plan on jamming those 12 ga buckshots in

If in NorCal, I'd be all over this offer; nice AR! What's the make of the BUIS?

Thanks! A little off topic, but since this is still at the top, I'll reply without bumping - those are YHM BUIS - I really like them.

PPT anywhere is $35 (legally) - it's FFL transfers that can get ugly (expensive!)

That's the quote I was given when I stopped b Castro Valley Gun Shop. Looks like they just posted, $50+ dros.

Maybe I caught the guy in a grumpy mood and didn't want my business at the time?

How much would all the fees/dros cost? I'd like to purchase this gun and would like to know how much everything will come out to.

It looks to me like you will need to pay the Castro Valley Gun Shop $85 total. Then you need to cover whatever my fees are to ship it to you and you need to make sure that they accept firearms from non-FFLs. Otherwise, I probably have to arrange something here at my FFL and it will cost even more + I'm not so thrilled about doing all that. I dropped the price for Saturday only purely because it is convenient for me...

Out of curiousity why does the 85 go to Castro Valley instead of Turners?

I guess my question how much would a FTF @ Turners cost (I live in La Jolla)

That would be if I shipped it to him - it's a completely different deal.
