Leupold mark 3hd 4-12×40mm p5 side focus tmr

This optic was released at the beginning of the year as far as I can tell. Looks like a decent list of features for a medium weight .308 bolt gun. I ordered one yesterday. Does anyone have any info or reviews on it? I cant find much online yet (besides for sale).

I have one. My only issue is the reticle is a bit on the heavy side but other then that I like.

Yeah I got mine and I am not impressed with the reticle. I have other scopes with the TMR reticle and they are much thinner. Glass is nice though.

Definitely not like the TMR on the Mk4 scopes, more like the old school mildots of the 80'and 90's.

Definitely not a mark 4 TMR reticle. I have a tree at 360 yards that I glass with different scopes. Honestly this mark 3hd is a touch more clear on 12x than my mark 4 on 14x.

If leupold would reintroduce the mark 4 in HD with m3 turrets and a TMOA reticle in 30mm tube with a 3.5-10 and a 4.5-14 illuminated (non push-button) and non illuminated, both with side focus, they'd have a home run.

Essentially a mark 4 with updated glass/reticle. Shouldn't be hard and wouldn't break the bank on R&D.
